Items sold are strictly non-refundable, but can be exchanged for items of the same or lower value as long as the order fits the exchange criteria.

All orders should meet the following criteria to be eligible for exchange:

1. Free exchange is only available for purchases from participating seller shops stated in the section below

2. All exchanges have to be requested within 14 days of delivery

3. Items must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, unscented and with original tag/label intact.

4. If there is a replacement piece available, it will be sent to you upon confirmation of the exchange. If there is no exact replacement piece available, please choose another available design that is of the same or lower value.

6. Qoo10 Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to alter this policy at any time.

An exchange request has to be raised within 14 days of delivery to be valid. Requests raised after the stated period will not be accepted.

The value of the exchanged item must be equivalent to the price of the item you are exchanging at the time of your order.

Please raise a request to exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. You can follow these steps to raise an exchange request:

1. Login to your Qoo10 account and go to your order.

2. Click on the item you wish to exchange and select Exchange.

3. Fill up the exchange form with the suitable reason.

4. Submit Claim

5. The seller will contact you for the preferred date and time of pickup.

6. Thereafter, the replacement piece will be delivered to you via Qxpress.

You do not have to bear the postage fees for an exchange, Qxpress will pick up the item from your address and send the replacement item back to you.

Yes, you may exchange it for the same design in another size, or another design from the same shop that is of equivalent or lower price at the point of purchase.

Upon receiving an incorrect/defective item, please do not confirm delivery. Instead, please click on the return/exchange button and fill up the form to request for exchange of the item.
