  I'm not going to top up for my watch! You have to honour the mistake since the purchase has been made! How can your mistake be only be acknowledged till after the promotion end and till the date of the supposed shipping date?! I deemed this as unfair and unethical sales ethics. The consumer are protected under the consumer protection (fair trading) act (CPFTA)!
Please ship my watch to me at the price that I already paid for!

  Ship my Hamilton Watch, don’t ask me top up $409 it’s more than the actual Qprice of $975!

If you don’t want want to sell me at the ordered price you cancel so you can get deduction of the shipping points. If not I will inform qoo10 Customer service from here. Return me my cart coupon too! You should be the one cancelling the order not the customers. The customers loses its cart coupon because of your mistake do it right!

  I am very unhappy with the unprofessional way in which this has been handled by Creation Watches. I just received an email stating that I needed to top up $267 for the three watches I ordered. I asked for the breakup, so that I could choose which of the watches I would want to top up for. The answer again was to top up $267, no break-up given for the amount..

As a customer, you make it seem that it is acceptable to make an error and under-price the item, then when people order, you would not want to provide the break-up for the watches. Very dishonest, not at all trustworthy. I think we should all collectively make a complaint to CASE, and at least prevent other customers from facing this situation with such unscrupulous suppliers.

Hi Vanya,

I am not sure if you are joking or if you dont understand my question in English. I had ordered 3 watches for which you asked me to top up $ 267.
I am asking for the top up if I need only ECB-800DC-1A or EFR563TR-2A.
I may choose to buy one of them.

By asking me to top up $267 again, you are making me frustrated. If you are not interested in servicing the order, please tell me so and I will cancel the order. At least, I wont be wasting my time, trying to argue with a Qoo10 seller.

  On the recent purchase of this item I’ve came to attention that you have an pricing error which require me to top up SGD$409 before releasing the watch, I believe the error only lies in you as you have set the coupon of 50% in your shop and had purchase Qspecial Banner to promote your shop visibility on Qoo10. In order for your to release the 50% store coupon you require special access before releasing shop coupon above 30%. So in fact rather you have spike the sales in your store you are requesting customers to make a top up? Such means of marketing’s will only backlash your branding. If you said in the email you are willingly to sell at cost, but why do I still have to make an additional top up, kindly send me and invoice from Hamilton stating the cost of the watch before I can render my purchase at “cost”.

What about items that I top up to utilise the cart coupon on this purchase if I have to top up $409 I don’t even need to make other purchase to utilise the cart coupon.
