14-day Return policy at a glance:
1. Unable to fit/Ordered wrong size/Change of mind
We are unable to offer an exchange or refund for these reasons.
2. Defective Item/ Wrong Item/Colour/Size Received
Once verified*, we’ll provide a full refund asap!
*Attributes such as measurement variations between 2cm-3cm as a result of mass manufacturing, loose threads, stains that make up less than 10% of item area, colour variance, due to differing monitor resolutions, and difference in prints as a result of manufacturing process will not be considered as defects.
3. Missing Item
Please let us know and we’ll get back to you shortly.
4. Returning of Intimate Wear
Unfortunately, any intimate wear, including, but not limited to socks, leggings, swimwear, bandeaus and bralettes cannot be returned.
Please note that Toki Choi reserves the right to reject/approve returns at its sole discretion.

There's no elastic with this skirt, due to varying cutting and materials, we strongly advise all customers to check the detailed size chart to make the best choice in size.
To do this, lay a similar clothing you may have at home on a flat surface and measure across the item, comparing the measurements stated on the size chart to the measurements of your clothing.
This will give you an idea of how the item will fit you.
