  Hi,

I bought a pair of shoes and one side one strap is extremely tight. How do I exchange it? Because it seems like the manufacturing is abit short for that strap and when I took it out of the box and tried it, I didn't realise and thought my feet was one big and one small but after trying walking around the house, i realised that it is the straps that is uneven. I already threw away the box. Please advise.
