  Hi seller,
I had made a ordered for the Tsum Tsum tote handbag (black) on 16 sept. Order no. 275134944. The item is meant for a bdae gift but when I about to wrap it up & do a check on the bag then I realised that the zip in the bag is sewed opposite side. (see pic below) Can I do an exchange on this?
