Hi dear, our jewellery are all lead and nickel free hence it is gentle even to sensitive skin. However due to lack of these chemical, they might tarnish with prolong exposure to water, sweat, alcohol (perfume etc) or even air, which cause it to oxidize. The best way to keep these jewelleries and to maintain its shine will be to wipe it down with a silver polish cloth and/or keep it seal in a zip lock bag after each use.

I bought them intended as a gift but the way it is, i cant gift it in a plastic bag can i? Please send the remaining boxes required. 3 of it.

Hi dear, all free gift and/or packaging that comes with the purchase is subjected to availability and changes without prior notice. Packaging will be either a pouch or a box. Nontheless if you really need boxes to go with the pendants, you may collect the boxes from our office within 7 calendar days (from today) between Mon-Fri, 10am to 6pm. I ordered 3 pairs. 6 in total. Ur staff simply put 2 pendent into one box and affixed 1 certificate per box

The order was not complete. Please send or i will have to pit up a case with qoo10 for not fulfilling order.

Send the items then i can retract the claim. Right now, the order is not filfilled and it is only right that i submit the claim that i have not recieve all items. 3 certificates, 3boxes or pouch to complete the claim.

I suggest that the shop fulfill all orders as described and follow up properly to prevent any escalation or future incidents from happening.

We can mail you the remaining 3 x pouch and 3 x tags however with the non-receipt claim in place, Qoo10 might be refunding you the amount while concurrently the 3 x pouch and 3 x tags are on their way to you. Instruction from qoo10 was to wait for ur items and get back to them after 3days.

Should i retract the claim, qoo10 will only allow it if the issue has been resolved, which is not. Then, if i dont receive from u, i will be truly cheated. Send the items and i will retract the claim.

Since i have not received the items after so long, i will put up a second round of incomplete receipt claim. This time, it is evident that the items are withheld deliberately by seller.

I am sure i should follow qoo10's instructions. I filed a incomplete receipt claim and not a non-receipt claim. Either qoo10 is mixed up in their processes or the seller is trying to cheat.

I will only retract the claim when i have recieved all items which should be fulfilled in the first place. Not this hide and seek and trying to trick the buyer into resolving when nothing was done.

Hi dear, different person might have different perspective. The crystal used for Crystal White and Crystal White Moon is actually same size (7.0mm x 6.0mm) however in my opinion, Crystal White appears slightly bigger because its case is thinner.
